How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and follow the return instructions.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
